I was pondering the idea of having the ability to change/alter an uploaded album in the case of getting the artist name wrong, or misspelling something on the image.
All we have now is hiding the albums and uploading a revised version, but it is frowned upon if someone has already guessed it.
Just my two cents.

The reason I don't have this in place already is the potential for abuse, e.g. drawing a completely different album in place of an existing one, which isn't *that* bad other than it interferes with my obsessive need for 100% data integrity.
After eleven years of running this site, I've learned that I rarely get abusive users, so maybe I could rethink this. But probably not since my enthusiasm/time for adding features is pretty low ATM.MrMelkPosted on 1/11/2026 at 10:52 PM
Another way to combat abusive use is to apply for the ability to edit, or to submit an edit, but that would create a lot more work for you.
