is uploading a non english album allowed?

I was in the middle of drawing a Korean album when i realized I didn't know if that was allowed or how to actually name the album (in English or its a original language)

It's allowed, but the system can't really handle non-English characters or accents. You can use a translation or a transliteration, but it's a good idea to indicate which to guess on the drawing itself.
