oh nvm it was just because I put non-english characters

Usually when a message is that stupid-looking, I didn't anticipate that it would ever actually be shown to users. Some updates at my web host seem to have messed up non-English characters so I will look at it and hopefully also come up with a better error message.

same for me, can't upload an album with the name in Cyrillic
