Soundtrack naming?

Is it better when drawing a soundtrack to include the stuff like (original motion picture soundtrack) and the like as different releases list that differently and seems to make people guess the albums wrong on technicalities, which doesn't feel like a lot of fun

I wouldn't ask this question if I haven't had seen it go both ways

I put in not official in one of my albums to signify thats its unofficial but even then people still didnt put in unofficial in the guess so i dont know if its helps or not

Ideally there'd be a universal standard, but in the absence of that I tend to think the best route is to try to label in the drawing - i.e. writing "include this part" or "don't write this" where the cover says "original Broadway cast recording" or whatever.

if the whole thing is written on the cover then i'll make a caption for it all but not every soundtrack has those so it gets tricky
