Haven't noticed either of these being a problem but maybe Admin is just doing a very good job cleaning up

I should add the ability to report forum posts. Usually I keep an eye on the forums but they're so slow that I sometimes forget.
I do keep a close eye on the albums that get drawn and will often remove rule-breaking albums before anybody reports them. Overall, there hasn't been an issue with low-quality drawings. For example, all of cracksmoker's albums are just fine, in my view.
