Username Change function

it would be cool to have a change username function for those who are having second thoughts about the username they've picked initially.
- you can have a note on the user page that shows all the previous usernames someone has had, in order to remember who someone this once their name changes.
- just so people don't spam the feature, u can put a time cap on it. like, once you change it, you can't change it again for another 24 hours or 30 days.
lemme know if this is a good idea or if it's something that's being worked on or something that's been tried or something that just not happening.

It's never really come up before, but I can consider it. A lot of places will but a year-long time limit before you're allowed another username change.
