What happens if an album title changes?

Like, say you submit an album drawing, say SWISH by Kanye West. Then Kanye goes and changes the title of the album. Do we just leave it or reupload it with the new name?

Report it and I can change the name. Thankfully most musicians will pick an album name and stick with it.

There's David Bowie (the 1969 one) that's reissued as Space Oddity
