Making an option to "Show answer" to an album. You will of course if you show the answer to an album not be able to answer normally to it, or any albums of the same name.. Simply because you might not remember the title of an album or it looks interesting, and you'll be able to get the title without messing up your correct/wrong ratio.

I'm bumping this thread because this actually seems like a really nice idea.

I agree with this idea.AdminPosted on 1/17/2016 at 4:30 PM
Interesting idea, but would require an overhaul behind the scenes. It would also subtly alter the balance between "wanting people to discover new music" and "rewarding people who know a lot of album covers". I'm not sure myself where I which side I want to emphasize.

As much as I enjoy this site,
>rewarding people who know a lot of album covers
really only useful as a user of this site
>wanting people to discover new music
useful as a listener, musician, and as a part of the internet music community, makes you less of a pleb
Clearly you care about rewarding people who know a lot of album covers—I mean, you made this entire website, for God's sake! And that's great! But not everyone is on here for the same reasons (for example, I've accrued points mainly from drawing, not guessing), and for people interested in other aspects of the site, a feature like this would be great. It's completely understandable for you to not implement it, since it's extra work without (probably) any significant change in userbase or number of users. But it's also true that there are people like me and some other members on this site who would like to have such a thing. Whatever you do, I'm sure you'll choose well.
